- 8 to 12 years of experience with .Net profile, and at least 3+ years of experience in managing delivery teams and external stakeholder communication.
- Excellent & effective Communication Skills. Should be able to interface with multiple delivery teams and engage them to ensure delivery remains on track at all times.
- Advanced expertise on .Net based development and quality management concepts.
- Good conceptual skills on .Net based application - backend and frontend.
- Experience of using tools that integrate best practices like static code analysis, automated unit tests and integration tests, code coverage analyzers etc.,
- Ability to work well both, in a team environment and independently while tackling complex problems
- Ability to learn and adapt to varying Project demands and accordingly engineer the team eco system to perform.
